Well, this is proving popular, you guys are just brilliant. I am coining the phrase Popul-Art, Popular Art! Seem like travelling was a recurring theme as well as TV screens. What and interesting bunch we are!
Tim was travelling, I think this was taken coming out the Dartford Bridge on the North side, could be wrong but it seems familiar!
Simon was installing a new Linux operating system, which he tells me is amazing, better than Vista which is not hard!
Nigel sent me a pic of his Beetle, I remember this from yonks ago, his first beetle I think? Not looking so good at the mo' but he assures me it's having a makeover!
Liz has given us a composition, a bit surreal but unsure as to what the items are? Still like the red item of clothing(?), very PVC!
Kelly's sent a very apt photo considering it's Mothers Day, like the small wellies too! Not sure if those are egg cups for ostrich eggs or soup bowls on stalks!
John's sent us a beautiful composition, showing the English Channel viewed from Hythe. The light looks amazing, and I know that on a clear day from their balcony you can see France!
Mike joins the TV theme and blows us away! Definitely the winner of the @I can show you more screens than anyone else" award. Think this is a security control room, Big Bro indahouse.
Jay is sitting relaxing watching something (political probably) on TV. Nice legs! He assures me that this was the calm before the storm and that his Sunday was going to be much more interesting. Well we want a snap of what you see when you get the text!
Anna goes with the travelling theme, think that's a sign to Stanstead Airport? Not sure, but love the sky again, big fluffy clouds.
So that's it for another week. Please feel free to text my text on to people, or email them the challenge.
Just text "ME" to 07968756595 and this will have you added to the Sunday Snapshot text next Sunday. All you do is snap a pic as soon as you get the text, even if that is a few hours after I send it. Then send it to my Mobile (the same number as above) or I will accept pics over email too look(at)stuartmorrison(dot)com is the email address.
Shame no one sent me a pic of their Mum! Anyway, can't wait till next week now. HAPPY SNAPPING
I sent a simple text out this Sunday; "What can you see right now? Take a picture and send it to me."
Here are the results, there are some talented people out there
Anna was reading a book, but not sure what one?
Joel had fallen for the naked commercialism of the the return of Monkey in the PG Tips ads.
Lesley was travelling and snapped some colourful trailers, or containers.
Liz was having a chocolate-fest whilst working I think
Nigel was away camping in his vintage V Dub Camper
Simon, probably can't remember taking this snap ;-) but has impeccable taste in beer.
Jemma was travelling back from Wales and was sitting on a station, at first glance this is a boring image but the more I look the more I like, all those straight lines, converging, ahhh the metaphors for life.
If you want to get yours included then private message me your mobile and I'll add you to the Sunday Text Message which will be sent at a random time on Sunday, just text me a pic of whatever it is you can see at the moment you receive the text and I'll post it here.
